My name is Jeremy Street and my fiance was recently scammed by US GOLDLINE so I decided to put up a website to help bring legal action against them. I am going to forward all the info posted on this site to the attorney generals office once a week until action is taken. I have had enough! If you have had ENOUGH sign up and post your comment here!

I was called yesterday evening by this company and was told that I was denied credit and I needed their help for a credit line. I knew I had not applied for credit and been denied, and was therefore concerned about credit fraud/identity theft and subsequently spent two nerve-wrecking hours looking up my credit info (and paying for credit reports) to validate my thoughts. Lo and behold, my credit was fine, and this company cold called me, lying to get my information and take advantage of me. I called US Goldline back the following morning to complain to customer service and the service rep was extremely rude and could care less about the deceptive tactics her company was operating under. To employ such a cold-calling scam in these times of economic turmoil and uncertainty that prey upon the fears of people is disgusting and despicable. I fully support action against US Goldine.
